Down Proofer:

Restores water repellent finish to down filled waterproof garments and equipment leaving a patented abrasion resistant finish. 

Wet down is worse than no down. When wet, down loses loft, warmth and breathability properties. Storm Down Proofer restores water repellency to down filled garments, leaving a patented abrasion resistance finish without causing damage to the delicate down material.
